After 13 years of world travel, he’s finding a new home at authentic digital. Craig brings strong content management and data analytics skills in addition to his technical web and SEO knowledge. On the weekend, he’ll probably be hiking or hitting wineries with his wife, Linda.
Richa brings 10+ years of experience across SEO, content management, data analytics and technical web optimisation. She has achieved significant online growth for several enterprise customers and small businesses across different industries in NZ, Australia, US, UK & Canada.
When she’s not wielding her SEO powers, she will likely be found playing sports with her 9 year old or doing gardening!
Content Manager
Lou joins us after scaling her content agency and consulting on SEO, thought leadership, and case study projects in B2B SaaS and energy.
She manages our content operations, balancing SEO best practices with editorial quality and brand voice.
An aspiring homesteader, Lou loves her Taranaki home but often “escapes the life sentence block” to enjoy live music and shopping in the city.
Marketing Coordinator
With a background in Health Science and a strong passion for Pilates, Alicia combines her enthusiasm for wellness with a strategic approach to client engagement. Her extensive Pilates experience has equipped her to innovate, inspire, listen, and intuitively understand her clients’ needs. Recognising that every individual is unique, she tailors her approach accordingly. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time outdoors and training in circus arts.

Alfredo loves playing PC games and if not on the computer, he spends his time with family enjoying NZ’s beautiful outdoors.
Alfredo has a pool of experience in digital marketing which started way back 2008. His expertise ranges from email marketing to SEO, but his true love is PPC management which he now focuses on as one of authentic digital’s PPC Specialists.

Just over 17 years ago, Tamanna became the inaugural employee of Google New Zealand. She honed her skills through frequent visits to Australia and Google Headquarters. An avid proponent of AI-powered tools, Tamanna was among the few to test PMAX during its initial stages, mastering its effective utilisation for e-commerce and lead-generation advertising.
Tamanna is a qualified past-life regression therapist. She believes this practice enhances her understanding of her personal journey, contributing to the holistic healing of the body, mind, and soul.
